Adoption Process

HOW IT WORKS....

Contact me (via Facebook) with a picture of the puppy that you desire to adopt. (Please only contact me if you are ready to adopt a puppy within the time frame of your inquiry).

Once I have received your photo, you will put down a $400-$500 deposit to hold your puppy. The deposit is nonrefundable, but always transferable to another puppy or litter. The deposit amount is taken off the final balance of the puppy.

After I have received your photo, we will discuss your desired payment method and schedule a time to pick up your puppy.

You will then sign a Puppy Palaz Agreement Form with the puppies' information, payment info, health guarantee and purchase agreement.
Take home Puppy!

Remaining Balance will be due at the time of pick up. Indiana sales tax will apply to pick-ups.
We accept the following payment method. (Cash, Debit, Credit, CashApp, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay).

Each puppy adopted from The Puppy Palaz comes with a Purchase Agreement. The agreement must be fillout, signed and dated by each customer. We do everything we can to ensure our puppies go to great homes. We reserve the right to refuse or refund a deposit/reservation if necessary. It is important that we feel very comfortable with the homes our puppies are going to.

Each puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. The pupppy is guaranteed against any debilitating congenital defects extending to from the time of sale. This include blindness, deafness, heart murmur, or death.
The seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred, unless seller provides written and signed consent to do so. The decision to reimburse bills incurred is determined by the seller at their discretion.
The seller assumes no responsibility for this animal after the delivery date for any medical expense, human allergies, training difficulties or behavior problems. Once the puppy is delivered, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the puppy.
No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract except as stated.
The purchaser agrees to have annual veterinary checkups, keep all immunizations current according to state guidelines, properly administer heart worm preventative, provide adequate housing according to state law; confine the animal in a fenced yard or a kennel run, or walk on leash, but not restrain the dog on rope or chain.
